Introduction:

The owner of one parcel of land at Paya Lebar Crescent planned to redevelop (tear and rebuild) into a cluster housing estate. The description shall include the type, material used, the characteristic, the reason it is being used if possible and how their usage will influence the operation and the maintenance of the building. Photo with caption, sketches or drawings should be
incorporated for better illustration.

(d) Propose ONE (1) type of façade system and illustrate why it suits the development.

(e) Discuss measures which can be implemented to enhance the accessibility of the development as the owner targets to sell to family with aging parents and wealthy elderly folks who are downgrading.
