Pick a program that exists to meet the needs of older adults and help them live

Pick a program that exists to meet the needs of older adults and help them live a better life. You may pick one from Chapter 15 of our textbook or another program for older adults that you know of (e.g. Meals on Wheels, Friendly Visitor Programs, Adult Day Care Centers, Grandparent Programs, AARP, Social Security, Medicare, etc.) Describe that program in detail. What services does it offer? How is it funded/by whom? How does this program benefit older adults? Where can one get more information (i.e. website address/phone number/etc.)?

As always, students are expected to use complete sentences, appropriate grammar, and good spelling when posting their discussion board responses.
