Project Topic: You are to assume the role of a consulting firm called Cochlear Implant. You are called in to solve specific organizational behavior problem(s) in the client organization. The organizational behavior problem(s) can also be either real or fictious, but they must be associated with domestic business operations within the United States.
You will be preparing a fully supported final report of recommendations/solutions to the Executive Leadership Committee of the client company.
You are to identify problems and solutions related to the Cochlear Implant company building relationships by communicating supportively of Chapter 4 in the textbook. This project may not present a historical recap of a company’s prior actions.
