Your essay should be structured as follows:

Introduction (500 words)	Give a general background on the topic you are going to discuss. Include possible definitions for terms relating to the question. Set the scene and outline the approach taken in addressing the task. Include background information about the chosen organisation (Vision and Mission, Strategy, HR, Culture) and justification of your choice.	15 marks
Main body (1000 words)	Describe and critically evaluate the chosen organisation’s strategic resourcing and talent management approaches. You should focus on and critically evaluate three of the following aspects: 1.     Human Resource Management Planning 2.     Recruitment & Employer Branding 3.     Managing Diversity 4.     Rewards and Benefits 5.     Digital transformation and HR 6.     Retirement 7.     Talent Exit The following structure can be used for discussion of the themes that you have identified: T – topic (sentence to introduce the theme or topic of the paragraph) E – example (you could mention an example here to focus the topic) S – support (bring in supporting information from your research / eg. theory, research studies, statistics, legislation, professional guidelines, examples from practice) T – talk about the ideas (strengths, weaknesses, importance, relevance, usefulness, comparison to other ideas).	60 marks
Conclusions and Recommendations (500 words)	Link back to the themes identified in the introduction. Give a comprehensive recap of the main body of the essay and a reminder of what the essay has argued. Formatting, appendices, and referencing	There should be a high-quality presentation that conforms to academic writing principles  and  contains  minimal  sentence  construction,  grammar,  and punctuation errors.	10 marks
